Sooty is an ex AA van, originally bought at auction by my brother in law, John. It was subsequently bought by my daughter, then, because she moved to London and because it wouldn’t be allowed in the low emission zone, sold on to someone else, along with the matching glove puppet. Sooty is still living locally, and has been beautifully converted to a lovely camper, and is his owner’s pride and joy.
